What’s your favorite episode of Doctor Who and why?

If the photoset didn’t give it away, it’s the Impossible Astronaut/Day of the Moon. The beginning where the Doctor is trying to get Amy and Rory’s attention by popping up all over history is so wonky and entertaining. I also love how TARDIS blue is now a confirmed color…
Anyways, I heard criticism about how badly Daleks in Manhattan had turned out to be and that another episode in America would go down the drain. Whoever said that was wrong, because they captured the American Midwest quite well, incorporating such a beautiful place for the unexpected death of the Doctor. Luckily for all of us, his death was short-lived and there they are travelling back to 1969.
How they threw president Nixon, the moon landing and Area 51 into the episodes was spectacular, and not to mention that Canton Delaware the Third was also an amazing addition to the gang. The Silence also deserves some serious awards for creeping me out the most, a very original concept in-I can’t remember!
well, any episode with daleks is going to suck. this one had interesting aliens that didn’t have stupid beaters/plungers as weapons.
